Well, I’d say "Reply All" is misleading. to "Reply" it to reply to a source that sent you the e-mail. I’d say they need to come up with a better name than just "Reply All."

Semi-related: I really like how Mail’s reply window works. If you hit reply and type a message and then realize that you need to reply all, hit the reply all button in the reply window and everyone else is added to the message. Conversely, if you reply to all and then realize that it should only go to the sender, hit the button and everyone else disappears. I find myself greatly missing this feature in Outlook 2003 at work.
